How we handle the details you send us through this website.
This page explains what information Stephen Wade Gibson Flooring LLC (“SWG Tile”, “we”) collects through swgflooring.com and what we do with it.
What we collect
When you fill in the estimate form on our Contact page we receive the details you type in: your name, phone number, email address (optional), the city or ZIP code of the job, the type of work you need, and any project details you add. If you call, text or email us we receive whatever you choose to send, including your phone number and any photos.
How we use it
We use your details to reply about your project and for nothing else. We don’t send marketing email and we don’t sell your information.
Where it goes
Estimate requests are emailed to the business, you may receive an automatic confirmation email, and the request is also saved in the website’s contact-message log so we can follow up. This website is delivered through Cloudflare, which, like any web host, can see visitor IP addresses and basic request data in order to serve and protect the site. We use a hidden spam-protection field on the form; it collects no personal information.
How long we keep it
We keep estimate requests for as long as needed to follow up on your project and to keep ordinary business records.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by calling or texting (352) 572-3056 or emailing [email protected].
Changes
If we change how this website handles information, for example by adding analytics, we will update this page and the date above.
